Once you’re in… here’s how to work through the website.
The HOME tab takes you to our landing page with a few bits of information about Libelle and your handy “HOW TO” Link.
The Ka Ora, Ka Ako Menu tab will take you through to the menu for the term. Your menu has been pre-imported with our recommended cycle but feel free to make a change in the future. Remember you will need to give us two weeks. Anything illustrated in grey can no longer be edited manually – you will need to contact us to see if we can fulfil your requirements.
Changing a meal:
- Move to the date you would like the desired change to occur
- Click on the edit button in the top right-hand corner of that calendar date
- Choose the product you would like to change to from our drop-down box
- Select your reason for changing (this helps us understand if there is anything we can improve on)
- Hit SAVE
Changing the number of meals:
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for changing a meal
- Make the desired amendments in the correct meal size boxes (junior, intermediate, and senior meals)
- Don’t forget to give us a reason
- Hit SAVE
Putting in Teacher only days, EOTC days, Regional holiday days:
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for changing meals
- Change all numbers to Zero
- Don’t forget to give us a reason
- Hit SAVE
EOTC days that only affect some students – follow steps 1-4 of the “Changing the number of meals” process
The MY ACCOUNT tab:
This page allows you to make changes to your schools’ profile and account information under the My Organisation tab along the left-hand side of the page.
This may include ADDING OF CHANGING DIETARY numbers. Please remember, you will still need to send your dietary meals classroom list with student names to your Libelle Relationship Manager to ensure the correct meals are delivered to the correct child.
Register with Libelle Premium Foods
First things first, you’ll need to set up an account!
Go to https://libellepremiumfoods.co.nz/ to register with Libelle Premium Foods and start ordering your lunches!
Log In / Reset Password
Once set up, you can log in by entering your username and password on the top right-hand side of any page.
If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, use the link provided

Edit Account Information
You can easily edit account information, such as contact details, number of meals, Dietaries by going to Dashboard/My Account > My Organization > Update (to save changes).
Ordering
Once you have set up your account, you can now order as required. We do require a 14-day notice period for all orders.
This can be done by going to Dashboard/Menu> Select Main Meal > Select Size and Delivery Date>Add to Cart > Choose from Check out or Continue Shopping.
Checkout: If you wish to checkout, ensure that you have the correct day of delivery for your order to process through to your desired date. You may pay directly by card or by Monthly Invoice (Preapproval required for Monthly Invoice)
Continue Shopping: If you wish to add more to your order from the menu. Add anything else you would like to order and proceed to checkout.
Edit Order / Cancel Order
Request for cancellations must be submitted 2 weeks before of the order’s delivery date. For manual changes please reach out to us on https://libellepremiumfoods.co.nz/contact/
If you would like to cancel an order or request a refund by following the steps below.
My account > Order History (beside Place an Order) > Request Refund > Pop up window: Provide reason > Submit.

Transaction History
You can view your past transactions by going to your Dashboard/My Account > Orders. This will show you a list of all orders you have done on your account.

For any discrepancies, please provide the Order Number and Food Items you have purchased.
Please note: Each order, once processed, sends an email confirmation you’re your order details and the delivery date.
